SERVIZZ, Our IT support engineer will reach you whenever wherever required to save your valuable time to get your PC or any other equipment’s serviced or repair. Our team are professionals and qualified engineers they can assist you at any time anywhere and provide the best possible solutions.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES TO BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN PROCEED IN COURT. IF YOU WANT TO OPT-OUT OF THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, THE DISPUTES/ARBITRATION PROVISION BELOW DESCRIBES THE PROCEDURES YOU MUST FOLLOW TO DO SO. THE DISPUTES/ARBITRATION PROVISION ALSO INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO PROCEED WITH ANY DISPUTE INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

Privacy Policy: Your private information (Name, Email, Phone) submitted will not be sold, shared or rented to others. This information is strictly for our company's promotions & updates. You may opt out of receiving our communication by emailing us at care@servizz.in

What we do: SERVIZZ offers speedy and cost-effective Laptop / Desktop / Printers / Surveillance Install and repair services in Mumbai and other parts of India. In order to provide one stop solution to our clients we offer repair, support, maintenance and peripherals for Desktop, laptops, Notebook, Ultra Book for any brands such as Dell, Lenovo, Apple, HP, Asus, Acer & ETC.

Repair Policy: Before Submitting Computer, Desktop, Laptop Printers or any other device for repair. please read our repair policy carefully.

1. Repairing: All repairing will be done on owners’ responsibility. In no event SERVIZZ shall be held responsible for any loss or damages, including with or without limitation, indirect or consequential, whatsoever arising from use of parts or data. When devices received for repair, There shall be no warranty to repair the dead condition devices Laptop, Desktop, Printer etc, or any other issues arising while repairing or post repair, Servizz will not be held for any type of compensation or any claim by customer.

2. Consent: By using our App / website, or continue to use our services, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to Privacy Policy. The Privacy and Protection Bill 2017.

3. Third party Services: Your request will be processed through SERVIZZ or Registered Vendor / Authorized Franchisee.

4. SMS OTP (One Time Password): We authenticate and register the customer through one-time password (OTP) sent to registered mobile number for registration of Servizz App. Customer will also have to share the OTP with SERVIZZ person once he reaches to customer location before the call for service or after completing the service call. Do not share OTP on phone calls.

5. Under Warranty Products: We the SERVIZZ provider, shall not be obliged to undertaking the repair of the product/device under warranty. We hereby advice customer to get in touch with authorized service centres / manufacturer or distributor. We do not repair warranty product, in event of warranty claim, SERVIZZ is not liable.

6. Checklist (Pre & Post Diagnosis Report): We collect details / status of device before repair & post repair. This checklist is in place to avoid any confusion or conflict later on. This is mandatory checklist to prevent of misuse of service and avoid any inconvenience to the customer.

7. Device Specification / Record of Spare Parts / Parts Removal: We, service provider does not alter or remove any part of the device without customer notification /approval, however hereby we advise to customer to note down the device serial number. No questions will be entertained under this matter and if any dispute arises then SERVIZZ decision will be held / considered final and Customer is bound to agree it.

8. Data Backup: Customer is solely responsible for any data in the device. We neither access customer data nor take any backup / store at our end. We STRICTLY take customer permission before Repair. Customer must backup the data before giving device for repair. During the repair process if data lost, we will be in no way responsible for its recovery or NO compensation will be paid. Data Recovery: Upon successful data recovery from crashed hard disk, we delete the local copy/data from our computer in front of customer. We do not take any responsibility of data leak if customer had provided hard disk to another vendor before giving us for the same issue. Customer must inform such details prior to submitting hard disk – No compensation liable to pay in such cases.

9. Data Responsibility: All software’s and its related data in a device are customer responsibility, Customer must backup all the data before giving it for repair. Neither SERVIZZ nor its service partners are responsible for any of customer confidential, banking related, proprietary or personal information or any type of data contained in the device which customer submitted for repair. Customer should remove all such information from the device prior to its return/submitting. None of our engineer has rights to access customer data without customers permission.

10. Charges Mentioned on Website/APP: The charges mentioned on the website are for services only and doesn’t include cost for replacements/ spare parts/warranties/guarantee/consumables.

Charges mentioned on website/ APP are standard and subject to increase/decrease based on location or demand and availability. Kindly refer charges before submitting device to avoid any confusion / dispute. The charges for labour as well as spare parts shall be as per the applicable price lists, which can change anytime without any prior intimation.

11. Pickup & Drop for Repair: It can be picked up/drop only by our authorised courier partners by pre-booked pick up & Drop services, If device Pickup/Drop then customer will be notified via SMS/ APP notification, also customer will receive Pickup/Drop receipt via SMS with OTP and APP notification.

12. Device start working after Diagnosing: In the case of Pickup & Drop service, if the device starts working soon after diagnosing/servicing then the minimum charges of Rs.500+GST have to be paid by the customer as service charges.

13. Pickup & Drop Receipt Verification: Customer will receive notification for pickup/Drop via SMS/APP notification when the device is handed over to the engineer for repairs OTP is a must to verify, device specification is to be verified by the customer while receiving the device back from service centre. Customer can be notified via SMS/Notification/Call/Email.

14. Physical Verification (Internally): Physical verification (Internally) of the device will be only possible when it reaches to our service centre. Customer understand that it is not possible to verify each and every part of the device at the time of pickup configuration of device / equipment will be only confirmed after QC(Quality Check) by the service centre which will be the final configuration and no any dispute regarding the same will be entertained. No question will be entertained if new problem diagnosed or later informed by the customer.

15. Software : We only promote license software. Customer must own the licensed software’s only. Customer can use trial version of software.

16. Device Dead Confirmation: During diagnosis if engineer found the device is dead / not functioning / troubleshooting, in such cases customer will be informed via SMS / notification / email and the approval will be taken to proceed further, Customer have to accept / cancel the repair process on his own risk. We will not be responsible in case the device is dead / not functioning / trouble shooting during repair.

17. Repaired prior to SERVIZZ (Repair Centre): It is customer responsibility to disclose the device history. If device was previously attended by another vendor for repair then customer should inform us in advance. We will not be responsible if device received by us with missing spare parts.

18. At the time of Rough Estimate: If some other parts are found defected and required replacement or repair, in this case we will inform the same to customer and after the approval and full payment we will process further. If we found some other problems / additional issues, then it will be treated as a new problem, SERVIZZ shall not be held responsible.

19. Basic Estimate Cost (Provisional): Estimated cost given at the time of acceptance of the device for repair is provisional and may vary at the time of detailed inspection. Final expected charges may be more than the initial estimate, the work will start only after pre approval of estimate and full payment received from customer.

20. Estimate Approval: Final repairing estimate/cost will be shared with customer via SERVIZZ APP / email and it is customer responsibility to confirm/ Accept back via SERVIZZ App /Email/. As per our policy, work will not be started until customer approve and make the full payment for the estimate. If negotiation stands in discussion, then once the amount is finalized then no additional discount will be provided and customer has to pay the final negotiated amount. If final estimate not approved by the customer within 24 hours, then device will be returned . If estimate approval delayed by customer then, We should not be held responsible for the delay. SERVIZZ will return the device unrepaired.

In case if any other problem arises other then the 1st estimate than revised estimate will be sent to customer for approval. Same terms applied as previous estimation customer approve estimate and make the payment to complete the work. Repaired device will be sent back to customer once the work is completed.

22. Estimate Disapproved: If customer disapprove the estimate / quotation, no refunds will be applicable, then the device will be returned to picked up point

23. Device Repair Return Policy: Our standard return time remains as 2 working days after the device is repaired and ready to dispatch. We, the service provider, will make all efforts to repair the device, after all testing and QC (Quality checks) approval we will send it to back customer with SMS notification time and date of Delivery. After providing OTP to courier Person then only the Device will be handed over to customer without OTP courier person will not handover device to the customer.  Once product was delivered servizz is not responsible if new issue is arises into device. 

24. Delay in Repairing: We, the service provider, are not liable for any delays, non-performance, back-up of data or non-delivery of parts within 5 days, due to unavailability of spares, complexity of the problem, natural calamity, etc. However, we will keep the customer informed about delay and appropriate estimate date of return.

25. Limited Warranty: The warranty tendered hereunder, on the electronic product(s) sold under this invoice will be provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s) or mentioned on SERVIZZ Invoice. Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier, SERVIZZ is only a facilitator. For repairs no warranty will be provided, Physical Damage items are not covered under warranty. Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center. Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty. Warranty is applicable within the limits specified. No warranty will be applicable on cartridges (toner),

Cables and accessories are not covered under warranty.

However, warranty does not include Physical damage, Liquid damage, Tampering, Accidental damage, explode damage, Human misuse (Also warranty depends on manufacturers’ company policy, term and product type). We will not be responsible to provide replacement for customer if manufacturer company refuses warranty under their term.

26. Product Life Expectancy: We, service provider, put all our efforts to inform the customer about product warranty and its expected life. however, we do not take responsibility if it doesn't meet with the standard. Product's life and usage may vary and depends on the manufacturers.

27. Device Non-Repairable: We will put all our efforts to repair your device however in any circumstances if your device is not repairable or we are unable to repair then same will be returned to customer and applicable Visit / diagnosis charges will be liable to pay. No dispute will be entertained. If device is not repairable then Visit + diagnosis charges will be applicable Or As committed by the support team.

28. Non-returnable Spare Parts: Some of the defective parts replaced while undertaking the repairs will not be returned to the Customer. Examples: IC, Capacitors, Cables, Controllers, PCB, Damaged Screen, Motherboard, Hinges, Consumables etc. If customer need such consumables then he should inform and request us prior to repair by writing an email, for same return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

29. Device Repair Verification: We service provider mainly focus on issue reported by customers, We try our best to test the device with all the possible ways to verify it. Hereby, we inform to the customer to verify the device at the time of delivery and confirm the issue status for which device was submitted. There would be no responsibility on SERVIZZ once the device has been handed-over to the customer. No issues will be considered for missing Spare Parts or malfunctions of the device. Customer should verify device specification from the pickup receipt. Customer solely understood the clause 1 mentioned in the repair policy.

30. E-Com Advance Payment: In some cases, spare parts may not be available in stock and required to get by order from authorized company service center or distributor. In this case customer needs to book and purchased the spare parts online on SERVIZZ website/SERVIZZ APP in advance. Advance amount will be refunded if parts are not available by company Service center or distributors. 100% advance will be refunded and no charges will be deducted. There will be no interest paid if authorized service center or distributor delay the spare parts delivery. Refund policy T&C applicable

31.BULK SERVICE PACKAGES now its Smart AMC. 

These packages can be avail by any individual for personal use or for Commercial & corporate business.

Registration is mandatory for this AMC You can purchase through our app & website. It can be used for one device or multiple devices. Your paid amount will be available in your wallet you will get extra benefit amount in the form of multiple coupon code as per packages. At Present there are 4 AMC Packages are available. If individuals and corporate customers pays amount by cheque only after clearing of the cheque amount will be available in the SERVIZZ wallet.

32. Payment & Billing: Customer will be responsible to pay for Services offered. If customer refused or denied to pay the service charges/ Additional charges then device will be on hold until entire payment is made. Customer has to make the payment prior of delivery. The delivery executive has right to refuse the payment if it is not made in full. Customer has to make a payment in requested method by delivery person. Customer should verify the available payment options / method in advance. Customer can make the payment only by online portal or through SERVIZZ APP.

33. Advance Purchase : In case customer purchase advance or bulk services their amount will be kept in the wallet account of SERVIZZ. If the customer avail any of the services from the SERVIZZ APP the amount will be deducted from the SERVIZZ wallet and invoice will be sent to customer.

34. Promotion: Sometimes SERVIZZ announces special offer’s like promocode, Gift Voucher’s Etc, it will show in SERVIZZ APP time to time, but it will benefit to customer only after availing the service.

35. Invoice: Customer will receive electronically generated invoice (PDF) to his registered email address. Warranty details of the purchased products will be mentioned on the Invoice.

36. GST Invoice: We follow strict guidelines for GST / taxes. Customer will be invoiced including GST. Corporate customer should share GST number with GST registered name while registration on SERVIZZ APP in order to claim GST.

37. Refund: Due to unpredicted reason refund will be processed with deduction of visiting charges and diagnosis charges other charges if any as applicable. Also, if new spare part was ordered and used then, either spare part cost will be adjusted in refund or spare part will be taken back. However spare part is not returnable then customer has to bear the cost associated with it. All kind of Refund will be credited back to the customer’s wallet he has to send a request through SERVIZZ app as per wallet return policy. Unpacked products / Spare parts / Out of warranty products issues will not be considered for refund. Customer will receive the refund within 15 days or as per bank T&C.

38. Wallet return policy: In case you want to withdraw the wallet money, you have to click “Request bank transfer” tab and your request will be sent to SERVIZZ. We will approve the same and within 15 days you will receive your amount to your a/c as requested by you, or it will be transferred as the way the amount is been received to SERVIZZ Wallet.

39. Authorized Service Centre Warranty: It is customer responsibility to seek the product / device warranty from manufacturer (Authorized Service Centre) whenever it is applicable. We should not be held responsible if authorized service centre refused the warranty. We advise customer to read the manufacturers term and conditions carefully. Customer has to produce invoice in case to claim the warranty by manufacturer / Brand service center.

40. Multiple Delivery Attempt & Delivery Charges: If and for some reason, Our executive has attended the customer for delivery of device or Product on the appointed time, however due to customer unavailability the servizz person is returned, due to these reasons the order will be held cancel and full amount will be forfeit And customer can rebook delivery by sending request through email on care@servizz.in an additional charges as per applicable it can be paid at the time of receiving delivery from the courier person. In case if customer request to deliver the product later than the demurrage charges as applicable will be paid by customer on daily basis when delivered.

41. Misbehavior with SERVIZZ TEAM: Customer understand and agreed that any Physical / Misbehavior / Abusive wording used with SERVIZZ team at service location will be attracting legal action and any dispute will be handled and resolved as per Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

42. Dispute Resolution: In case, customer have a dispute with service Engineers / Vendors due to personal reason, customer hereby can release the company SERVIZZ , its Owners, directors, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature.

Website or company would have no liability for any loss or damage incurring to customer due to any communications or dealings with any of the service provider, or other users on the website.

43. Consultants: Customer understand and agreed that SERVIZZ works as consultant to provide services related to computer hardware. Also, SERVIZZ provide services through own Booking service on SERVIZZ APP or Website.

44. Limited Scope of Marketing: Customer understand and agreed that information filled in SERVIZZ APP / WEBSITE form’s will be used for future marketing purpose by SERVIZZ and Customer allowing them to do that without any objection with limited scope. Also, SERVIZZ will provide opt out option to stop / unsubscribe from marketing emails/ Calls / SMS. We do not send Spam or unrelated emails.

45. Personal Information Collection: Customer understand and agreed that information collected on SERVIZZ APP / Website would be used to serve customer back in future on priority and understood that SERVIZZ reserves rights to change/cancel customer registration at any moment. Information collected on our website are stored safe and securely. If any time mobile number or mail id changed or lost to be informed SERVIZZ to block the same otherwise SERVIZZ will not be liable for any loss of data and information by sending request on email.

46. Correct Information Disclose By Customer: Customer understand, agreed and declare that information filled herewith is correct and up to date.

47. Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information: SERVIZZ is not in the business of selling customer information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with customer. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal details (through our web application) with certain third parties, as set out below: Service Provider/ Franchisee / Vendor / Engineers / Service Partners, as necessary for them to provide repairing services to customer. However, once request has been completed then no access is remained with Service Provider / Partner / Engineer. Only Servizz have right to access the customer personal information. Marketing and advertising: SERVIZZ may use "Limited" Personal Data to contact you in the future to tell you about add on or any other services, we believe it is for your interest and benefits. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists please write a mail to care@servizz.in

48. SERVIZZ'S DISCLAIMERS AND RIGHT TO REMOVE

a. SERVIZZ does not endorse any Submitted Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and SERVIZZ expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with all Submitted Content. SERVIZZ does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Website/APP, and SERVIZZ will remove any Data (as defined below) or Submitted Content if properly notified, pursuant to the "take down" notification procedure described in Section J below, that such Posting or Submitted Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. SERVIZZ reserves the right to remove any Data or Submitted Content without prior notice. SERVIZZ will also terminate a user's access to the Website/APP, if he or she is determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a Website/APP user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/ or has had Submitted Content removed from the Website more than twice. SERVIZZ also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to decide whether any Data or Submitted Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Use for all violations, in addition to copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, including, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. SERVIZZ may remove such Submitted Content and/or terminate a user's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion.

b. You acknowledge and understand that when using the Website, you will be exposed to Submitted Content from a variety of sources, and that SERVIZZ is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Submitted Content. You further acknowledge and understand that you may be exposed to Submitted Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against SERVIZZ with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold SERVIZZ, its owners, members, managers, operators, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Website/APP.

c. You are solely responsible for the photos, profiles and other content, including, without limitation, Submitted Content that you publish or display on or through the Website, or transmit to other Website/APP users. You understand and agree that SERVIZZ may, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability, review and delete or remove any Submitted Content that violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Website/APP users or others.

49. Security: SERVIZZ takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free; any transmission is at customer own risk. You should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail, please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to SERVIZZ via the Internet. Once we have received customer information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. Also, once service request has been completed then no access is remain with Service Provider / Partner / Engineer, Only SERVIZZ admin have right to access the customer personal identification information. Registered SERVIZZ users will have an account name and password which enables customer to access certain parts of our Services. Customer are responsible for keeping them confidential and advised not to share them with anyone. Hosting / Server / Customer Information Storing: SERVIZZ takes reasonable steps to protect Store / Personal Data in India based hosting Provider. Your personal information is not stored outside of Indian servers. Currently website is hosted in India and your personal data is hosted in Indian Server only.

Cookie Policy: This Cookie Policy ("Policy") describes what cookies are and how Website Operator ("Website Operator", "we", "us" or "our") uses them on the SERVIZZ APP / Website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services"). You should read this Policy so you can understand what type of cookies we use, the information we collect using cookies and how that information is used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding accepting or declining the use of cookies. What are cookies? Cookies are small pieces of data stored in text files that are saved on your computer or other devices when websites are loaded in a browser.
